More Randomness

Ok I know it has been quite a while since I posted, but in my defense it has been christmas and busy season.  I was laid off from my job.  No comment on them.  I have been a stay at home mom for a couple weeks now and LOVE IT.  It is hard and challenging sometimes but completely rewarding.  I only have 6 weeks left and am totally over being pregnant.  I was not made to carry babies.  But I enjoy taking care of them.  As the  doctor puts it, I will have a BIG baby if she lets me go full term.  Which also means c-section for me.  I am ok with this, little scared but OK.  Christmas was great and I will get some pictures up soon.  I got to spend a lot of time with both families and truly enjoyed it.  As for that, it pretty much wraps up the last 2 weeks of my life.  I will post pictures as soon as I can.  (don't count on anytime soon, I am rarely on the computer anymore :)  Anyway, you all can cal me and we will go to lunch or something, after all my days and nights are now free.  

Randomness

Ok I love love love my pregnancy pictures. I refuse to post them because I don't want the world to see me. MAYBE after I go private I might. But I wanted to say thank you thank you to my sis in law that did them. You are the best.

Private

I am going private. Due to the fact that there are some that are looking at my blog that I do not want them to. Email me and I will add you, but as for that, thats that.

TICKER

So for all of you that actually read this, you will notice that I finally put a ticker up. I could not handle puting it up before now for the mere fact that I did not want to be reminded how much longer I had to incubate for. BUT, now that a lot of the time has expired, I will grace you all with my lovely ticker. I know, I am lame-o. But oh well.

BORED-AFRO BABY

So when I sit home, poor brooklyn gets the short end of the stick. I sit and think of all the funky ways I can do her hair. Most you probably remember the one post with the curly and then the straight. Well now we went afro FUNK. She reminds me of little orphan annie. We had a blast laughing about it together. She thought it was AWESOME. She could not stop smiling!

****As we all know, getting Brooklyn to smile is a rare thing. So I had to take advantage while I could.****

The train is stuck.....

No the train really did not get stuck. But we decided one day that I would venture out of the house. My poor child is sheltered. I NEVER leave the house after work. Anyway, we went with cousin Keira, Aunt Shannie and Cousin Sierra to SLC. She LOVED riding on the train. We probably won't do it again because it will cost me less to drive out there. But we did it for the "experience" not because of the convenience, that is for sure.

HMMMM-Let me think

I LOVE when Brooklyn does this. She taps her cheek and looks at you and says "let me think."

It is so cute. So Adam captured a picture of it one night after I went to bed. The glasses make it that much cuter!

HALLOWEEN-AGAIN

I know. So I finally got pictures of Brooklyn on Haloween in her costume. This is Brooklyn at the pumpkin patch with her cousin Keirah and Nana. Unfortunately nana would not like me posting pictures of her so I left them out.

The other pictures are of her being a MONKEY (boots-from Dora) on Halloween. Her first trick-or-treat house was my moms. She did not know what to think of the whole process. But she is cute!

Thanksgiving

This year we had the pleasure of hosting Thanksgiving at our house. It was the year to spend with Adam's side of the family and it was a wonderful time. Last year my father in law was in Kansas so it was nice to have the whole fam together. UNFORTUNATLEY that means family picture time. AND since I feel like a fat blob I was NOT looking forward to these.

I got lucky and did not have to cook-my mother in law did it ALL. Set up, cooked, cleaned up, EVERYTHING. It was quite nice. THANKS BECKY!

Anyhow, here is the newest family picture. I know I know, i have sworn that I would never put a pregnant picture of me on the blog, but unfortunately it comes as a packaged deal in this pic. NO MAKING FUN!

Nieces and Nephew

This is all my nieces and nephews from my side of the family. This was the annual pumpkin carving party at Al/Marcus's warehouse. Notice, I am not in the picture. I jumped out as soon as I got brooklyn settled. And no that is not a superimposed head on my nephew. He really is just that animated.

I know I know.

I was doing so good at the phole posting thing there for a while. But I suck at it. Life has been hectic. Between baby boy, brooklyn,adam, work and selling the house my life has been a whirlwind.
I will post pictures of Brooklyns Haloween and Thanksgiving and everything else soon. I promise.
